This page describes what happens to a request sent from this website, under the General Data Protection Regulation and the French Data Protection Act.

What is collected

Only what you enter yourself in the form: town and postcode of the property, type and number of guests it sleeps, how it is let, number of properties, your needs, the frequency you want, any free comments, then your name, company, email address and phone number. If you propose a partnership: business, trade, district, website and proposal. If you ask to be called back: your first name, your number and the time that suits you. The language you wrote in is noted, so we can reply in it.

Nothing is collected without your knowledge. The website sets no cookies, uses no trackers, does not measure your browsing and does no profiling. Your IP address is not stored.

Why, and on what basis

This information is used to review your request, arrange the visit of the property and send you a quote. The legal basis is your consent, given by the form's tick box, together with Rhône Cleaning's legitimate interest in answering a commercial enquiry.

Who has access

Only the people at Rhône Cleaning who prepare quotes. This data is never sold, rented, passed on to a third party or used for marketing on anyone else's behalf. It is hosted in France, by LWS, and does not leave the European Union.

How long

Three years from the last contact if the request does not go ahead. If it does, for the duration of the business relationship, then according to the legal accounting retention periods.

Your rights

You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict and object, and to withdraw your consent at any time. Write to contact@happyproprio.fr: we reply within one month. If you are not satisfied with the reply, you may contact the French data protection authority, the CNIL — www.cnil.fr.

Security

The website is served over HTTPS. Requests are stored in a folder that cannot be reached from the web and are read through a password-protected page. No database is exposed: the website is made of static pages.
