Nature of the business

Rhône Cleaning provides cleaning, property care and operational services to property owners. It carries out no letting management or property transaction activity and does not hold the corresponding French professional licence.

In particular, it does not collect rent, hold security deposits, sign tenancy agreements on owners' behalf, select occupants as part of a management activity, or guarantee any income or occupancy rate. The obligations that come with letting a property remain its owner's.

When an owner wishes to hand over the management of their letting, Rhône Cleaning may point them to an agency holding the professional licence. It signs no management mandate and receives no commission on such mandates; it is paid only for its own services on the ground.

This website displays no prices. Every service is subject to a written quote, drawn up after a free visit of the property; only that quote binds Rhône Cleaning.
